Main

  • 1 handfuls parsley, leaves only, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 red chillies, seeded and chopped
  • 1 pinches fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 90 ml olive oil

Tips and Suggestions


Keeps really well in the fridge; a couple of weeks, easily.

Method

Put the parsley, garlic and chilli into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and add enough olive oil to make a loose sauce.
