Ingredients

  • 30 ml dark crème de cacao, (dark chocolate liqueur)
  • 15 ml tia maria, (coffee liqueur)
  • 15 ml cognac
  • 15 ml amaretto (almond liqueur)
  • 15 ml double cream
  • sticks of chocolate

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a cognac glass.

2. Garnish with a thin chocolate stick.
