Chocolate Chewy Rice Krispie Buns

You can make these gooey treats from Rachel Allen with either milk or white chocolate

Ingredients

  • 75 g white chocolate, or milk chocolate
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 30 g rice crispies

Tips and Suggestions

you could also add a scattering of raisins into this mixture.

Method

Melt the chocolate with the golden syrup in a large bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Add the krispies and gently fold in.

Spoon into mini bun cases and put into the fridge for 30 minutes to set. These are best eaten within 24 hrs.
