- 200 ml espresso or very strong coffee, cold
- 600 ml milk
- 200 ml vanilla ice cream
- 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 40 g sugar
- ice cubes, to serve
1. Place the espresso coffee, milk, vanilla ice cream, orange juice, cocoa and sugar in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into 4 glasses over ice and serve at once with straws.
