Chocolate orange espresso smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200 ml espresso or very strong coffee, cold
  • 600 ml milk
  • 200 ml vanilla ice cream
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 40 g sugar
  • ice cubes, to serve

Method

1. Place the espresso coffee, milk, vanilla ice cream, orange juice, cocoa and sugar in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into 4 glasses over ice and serve at once with straws.
