  • 150 g cooked beetroot
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 200 ml natural yogurt
  • salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 green chilli, chopped finely

Method

1. Mix together the beetroot, grated onion, yogurt, salt, sugar and chilli, combining well.

2. Cover and chill until serving.
