Lace fruity punch with Drambuie and sherry to make the perfect drinks for a winter party

Ingredients

  • 200 ml cider
  • 115 ml Drambuie
  • 115 ml dry sherry
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 230 ml soda water
  • 3 apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

Method

1. Combine the cider, Drambuie, sherry, lemon juice and soda in a large punch bowl and stir well.

2. Add a large block of ice and the sliced apples. Sprinkle nutmeg across the top, and serve in small punch cups.
