Ingredients

  • 200 g macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 60 ml maple syrup

Tips and Suggestions

these nuts also make a great topping for yoghurt or porridge.

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Toss the nuts with cinnamon.

2. Spread on a baking tray and bake until lightly golden and fragrant, about 20-25 minutes.

3. Pour the syrup over the nuts and stir to combine. Bake for another 5 minutes then cool on the baking tray.
