- 190 ml Japanese soy sauce
- 5 tbsp lemon juice, strained
- 3 tbsp fresh orange juice, strained
1. Combine the soy sauce, lemon juice and orange juice together in a glass jar.
2. Shake well and refrigerate. This keeps for up to four weeks. Try with barber pole sushi by Tracy Griffith.
