- 12 Pacific oysters
- 2 tbsp soured cream
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 2 slices smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp caviar
1. Prise open the oysters and keep on ice.
2. Spoon a dollop of sour cream on top of each one.
3. Top 6 oysters with a dab of sweet chilli sauce and a sprinkling of coriander.
4. Finish the others with a sliver of smoked salmon and a small heap of caviar.
