- 1 tbsp espresso beans
- 2 tsp dried red chilli flakes
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
Tips and Suggestions
Can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
1. Heat a heavy based frying pan and add the espresso beans. Add the chilli flakes, coriander seeds and cumin seeds. Shake everything together and leave to toast for approximately 1 minute, until the mixture begins to release a strong aroma.
2. Pour in to a blender and grind to a coarse powder. Use as a rub on meat, or meaty fish such as tuna.
