Ingredients

Main

  • 4 tbsp coriander, roughly chopped with the stalks
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp freshly ground salt and black pepper

Method

Whizz all the ingredients in a food processor and check seasoning, adding more oil if needed. Serve dollops of the dip with spicy snacks.
