Cranberry sauce chutney

Cranberry sauce chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 jar cranberry sauce
  • splash port
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch ground ginger
  • pinch ground nutmeg

Method

1. Put it all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil until all the flavours infuse.
2. Allow to cool slightly then serve with cold meats, a pork pie or cheese for a rustic winter feast.
