Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 8-10 crayfish tails
  • 1cm fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • juice of 1 lemons

Method

1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a high heat and add the crayfish tails. Fry for 3-4 minutes, until cooked though.

2. Stir in the ginger and lemon juice and serve.
