  • 4 corn on the cobs
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 onions, finely chopped
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 pinches black pepper
  • 1 tsp grated nutmeg

Method

1. Remove the corn from the cob. 2. Heat the butter in a saucepan and gently fry the onion and corn for about five minutes or so, until soft. Add the crème fraiche. 3. Cover and cook on a very low heat for ten minutes. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Serve immediately.
