- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 120 g breadcrumbs, such as panko crumbs
- 6 tsp butter
1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Combine the yogurt, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl. Sprinkle the chicken with salt.
2. Coat the drumsticks with the yogurt mixture then roll them in breadcrumbs. Put the chicken on a baking tray lined with baking paper and top each leg with a teaspoon of butter.
3. Cover the tray with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for a further 15 minutes, or until the chicken is golden.
