Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp furikake
  • salt and black pepper

Method

1. Chop the cucumber into small pieces, discarding the seeds if preferred. Place in a mixing bowl.

2. Sprinkle the cucumber with the soy sauce and sesame oil, then stir in the furikake. Add salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
