- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, grated and drained well
- 2 tbsp roughly chopped mint
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
- grated zest and juice of 1/2 lemons
- black pepper
- pitta bread, to serve
1. Mix together the yogurt, cucumber, mint, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest and juice in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.
2. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
3. Serve with pitta bread.
