Dill sauce

This healthy dill sauce is delicious with salmon or prawns, new potatoes and sugar snap peas - it also livens up a mixed leaf salad

Ingredients

  • 100 g low-fat plain yogurt
  • 25 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped dill
  • 1/4 lemons, juice only
  • 1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard

Method

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together to make a smooth dressing.
