- 1 tsp garam masala

- 4-6 large slices of watermelon, cut into chunks
1. In a dry, small, heavy-based frying pan, roast the cumin seeds until fragrant, stirring often to prevent them burning. Leave to cool.
2. Crush the cumin seeds in a pestle and mortar.
3. Mix with the salt and garam masala.
4. Sprinkle the mixture over the watermelon and serve
