Ingredients

  • 6 peaches, cut into 8 equal-sized wedges
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 bottles wine, Chianti, 750ml

Method

Mix the sugar, cinnamon and chianti in a carafe. Add the peaches and chill for about half an hour before serving.
