- 4 wedges of limes
- 12-16 mint leaves
- 2 tsp sugar
- 70 ml Cuban or dark rum
- 150 ml sparkling elderflower pressé
1. Squeeze the limes into a glass and add the mint leaves and sugar. Churn with a wooden spoon, or a muddle if you have one, to crush the limes and incorporate the juices.
2. Add the rum and fill with crushed ice. Churn again, add more crushed ice and top with sparkling elderflower presse. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve straightaway.
