- Prep Time: 10 minutes plus 24 hrs chilling

- 125 g butter, softened
- 8 tbsp parsley, thinly chopped
- 1 roasted pepper, peeled and cut into short strips
1. Mix together the butter, parsley and red pepper strips.
2. Wrap the red pepper butter up in foil, forming a cylinder shape. Chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3. Cut the butter in half cm thick slices and serve.
