Feta, chilli and fennel dip

Feta, chilli and fennel dip

Ingredients

  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds

Method

1. Blend together feta, cream cheese, olive oil, chilli and fennel seeds into a smooth paste. Use as a spread or filling.
