Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 20 ml brandy
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • paté, to serve
  • melba toast, to serve

Method

1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add in the cherry tomatoes and fry for a couple of minutes.

2. Add the brandy followed by the horseradish and cook for 2 more minutes.

3. Serve at once with paté and Melba toast.
