- 200 g Fourme d'Ambert blue cheese
- sauternes, to mix
- wafer cheese biscuits
- sticks celery
- sliced cucumber
1. Place the Fourme d'Ambert in a bowl. Mix in enough Sauternes to make a thick dripping paste.
2. Cover the bowl tightly with cling film and refrigerate for 2 days.
3. Mix thoroughly and serve with wafer cheese biscuits, celery sticks and cucumber as a dip with pre-dinner drinks.
