- 50 ml gin
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 12.5 ml sugar syrup
- chilled champagne, for topping up
1. Place the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
2. Strain the gin mixture into two champagne flutes and top up with chilled champagne.
3. Garnish each glass with a lemon twist and serve at once.
