Tips and Suggestions
In the summer, serve fruit cold from the fridge but in winter serve at room temperature. Prepare as late as possible and cover with damp kitchen paper. Have lots of little napkins close at hand to make eating safer and easier! Use one big platter to present this dish, its will look like a plate of abundant jewels.
1. Arrange the fruit on a big serving plate.
2. Put the crème fraiche into a small dipping bowl and serve with the fruit.
