Fruit Salad with Oats and Yogurt

Fruit Salad with Oats and Yogurt

  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 4 tbsp blueberries
  • 4 tbsp raspberries
  • 2 tbsp water
  • sprinklegolden caster sugar
  • 4 tbsp natural organic yogurt
  • 4 tbsp runny honey


1. Lightly toast the oat flakes in a small frying pan until golden brown. Take care not to burn them.

2. Take off the heat, add the yogurt and stir to combine.

3. Meanwhile, place the blueberries and raspberries into a small saucepan, add the water and a sprinkle of golden caster sugar and heat gently, stirring occasionally until warmed through.

4. Put the yogurt and oatmeal into a small bowl, spoon on the fruit, drizzle over the honey and serve.
