- 225 g unsalted butter, softened
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
- juice of 1 lemons
1. Mix all the ingredients with a fork.
2. Form into a sausage shape, wrap in cling film and chill. The butter can also be stored in the freezer and sliced when needed.
