Ingredients

  • 200 g bulgur wheat
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Method

1. Put the bulgur wheat in a shallow dish and stir in the onions and garlic.

2. Pour in enough boiling water to completely cover the wheat and leave to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
