- 1 slice of ginger, 2.5cm across and 3mm thick, plus a slither of ginger root to garnish
- 50 ml vodka
- a dash of gomme sugar syrup
- a few ice cubes
- Moet champagne, to fill
1. Place the ginger in the bottom of a tumbler.
2. Add in the vodka, then a dash of gomme syrup.
3. Add in a few ice cubes and stir vigorously.
4. Strain into a champagne flute and fill to the top with champagne.
