- 150 g chorizo sausages, or chourico (Goan sausage)
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp lemon-and herb-infused olive oil
- pinches of salt
- pinches of sugar
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1. Combine the sausage, tomato, onion and oil in a salad bowl.
2. Season with salt, sprinkle in the sugar and scatter over the chopped coriander. This salad is best served straight away.
