- 8 tbsp crème fraîche
- 4 potato rösti
- grated zest and juice of 1 limes
- 8 slices of gravadlax
- salt, and freshly ground pepper
1. Mix together the crème fraiche and lime zest and juice.
2. Top each potato rosti with 2 slices of gravid lax.
3. Top each portion with 2 tablespoons of the crème fraîche mixture. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve at once.
