Grilled figs with parma ham and goats cheese

Ingredients

Main

  • 6 figs
  • 6 slices of Parma ham
  • 100 g goats' cheese
  • 50 g mixed salad leaves

Method

1. Set the oven to 200C/gas 6. 2. Make a cross in the top of each fig, cutting just half way down. 3. Cut the goats' cheese into chunks. Place a piece in the top of each fig. 4. Fold the Parma ham in half lengthways and wrap around the outside of the fig. Place on a baking tray. 5. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the Parma ham is crisp and the cheese has melted. Serve with salad.
