Ingredients

  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 handfuls blueberries
  • 6 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handfuls blanched almonds
  • 150 ml soya milk

Method

1. Put everything into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Serve at once.
