Herring Salad with Dulse

Herring Salad with Dulse

Ingredients

  • 100 g mixed green salad
  • 50 g dulse, torn
  • 12 baby tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeds removed, sliced
  • 8 potted herrings
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and black pepper

Method

1. Mix together the salad leaves, dulse, tomatoes and cucumber in a salad bowl.

2. Top with the herrings.

3. Drizzle over the olive oil and a grinding of salt and pepper.
