- 100 g mixed green salad
- 50 g dulse, torn
- 12 baby tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeds removed, sliced
- 8 potted herrings
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and black pepper
1. Mix together the salad leaves, dulse, tomatoes and cucumber in a salad bowl.
2. Top with the herrings.
3. Drizzle over the olive oil and a grinding of salt and pepper.
