- 75 g dried hibiscus flowers
- 300 g caster sugar
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the flowers and the caster sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Leave to cool, then strain into a jug. Refrigerate any unused portion in a sealed container and use within 1 month.
