Ingredients

Main

  • 600 ml red wine
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.25 tsp cloves
  • 1 vanilla pods, deseeded
  • 250 g white sugar

Method

1. Chuck all the ingredients into a saucepan and place on a medium hob. Once warmed leave to macerate for three hours. 2. Serve at room temperature.
