Honey and hazelnut crème fraîche

Ingredients

  • 400 ml creme fraiche
  • 2-4 tbsp runny honey
  • 100 g peeled shelled hazelnuts, chopped

Tips and Suggestions

You could use half-fat crème fraîche for this recipe; it will also work with thick, creamy yogurt.

Method

1. Put the crème fraîche in a bowl and stir in the honey until evenly combined.

2. Lightly fold in the chopped hazelnuts and it's ready to serve.
