- 30 ml Goslings Black Seal dark rum
- 20 ml banana liqueur, (Cartron or Marie Brizard)
- 1 banana
- 50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 passion fruit
- 4 tsp plain yogurt
- 15 ml clear honey
- crushed ice cubes, for blending
- 1 slices bananas
- ground cinnamon
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender with a scoop of crushed ice and blend thoroughly.
2. Serve in a smoothie glass.
3. Garnish with a banana slice and a dusting of ground cinnamon.
