Honeyed oatmeal biscuits

  • 175 g Kerrygold Honey spread
  • 110 g caster sugar
  • 250 g oats
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C/Gas mark 4. Place a saucepan on a medium-low heat; add the Kerrygold Honey Spread, golden syrup and vanilla extract. Melt and stir together, then stir in the caster sugar and oats and mix well.

2. Spread onto a Swiss roll tin and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden. Cut in to squares while still warm, and then place on a wire rack to cool.
