Ingredients

Main

  • 5 red or green chillies, chopped, seeds left in if you want the sauce very hot
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 red peppers, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic

Method

Tip all the ingredients into a food processor, add a good pinch of salt, and a spoon of water. Blend until smooth and serve with spicy curries, samosas and snacks. This will keep in the fridge for a few days,and also stores well in the freezer. Try this sauce with chilli con carne.
