Hot Honey and Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp wholegrain or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 1 tsp hot curry powder
  • 1/2 orange, zest and juice

Method

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to combine. Serve with cold chicken or hot sausages, or as a dip with crudités.
