- 150 g marmalade
- 1½ oranges, finely grated zest and juice
- 3 tbsp whisky
Tips and Suggestions
If you would rather not use alcohol, replace the whisky with 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar and 3 tablespoons water.
1. Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat gently so that the marmalade melts.
2. Bring to the boil for 20 seconds or so to burn off the alcohol, then use a little water to adjust the thickness of the sauce as desired.
3. Remove from the heat and serve.
