Ingredients

  • 2 slices crusty bread
  • butter, softened
  • mustard, ideally strong English mustard
  • 2 slices salt beef, thickly cut
  • 1 small dill pickles, sliced

Method

1. Butter the sliced bloomer then spread with as much mustard.

2. Fill with the salt beef and sliced sweet dill gherkins. Cut in half and secure with cocktail sticks
