Hummous

Ingredients

  • 350 g tinned chickpeas, drained
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only

Method

1. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until smooth. You can add a little more lemon juice or a teaspoon of water if needed to make texture a little smoother.
