- lemon and ginger herbal tea
- ice cubes
- 1 mango
- 1 papaya
Make the tea infusion and leave to cool at room temperature.
Cut the peeled mango and papaya into large chunks. Place in a beaker and blend together using the stainless steel blender shaft.
Crush the ice using the MultiQuick big chopper fitted with the ice crushing attachment. Place in a long glass before pouring over the tea infusion, followed by the fruit puree.
Top with a sprig of mint and serve.
