- 1 mug hot coffee, (about 150ml)
- 1 heaped tsp sugar
- 1 x 25ml shot whiskey
- softly whipped cream, to serve
1. Pour the coffee into a wine glass and stir in the sugar and whiskey.
2. Dip a tablespoon in boiling water, and use it to spoon in the softly whipped cream, so that it slides off the spoon and sits on top of the surface. Enjoy!
