Cook's note: use 1 part whiskey to 4 parts coffee when you make this recipe. If you want to make it stronger, you can!
1. Pour the whisky into a serving glass and add the sugar.
2. Top up the whisky with coffee, leaving about a half inch gap from the top of the glass.
3. Dip a spoon in hot water, then gently spoon the whipped cream onto the surface of the coffee. Serve.
