- 4 cubes brown sugar
- 2 shots espresso coffee, or a strong instant coffee
- 50 ml whisky
- double cream, to serve
- cocoa powder, to serve
1. Half fill a latte glass with hot water, add 2 cubes of brown sugar and stir to dissolve.
2. Prepare 1 shot of espresso or a strong instant coffee and add it to the glass of water. Add the whisky and mix to combine.
3. Using the back of a spoon slowly pour a layer, approximately 1cm thick, of cream onto the top of the drink so that it floats, and dust with cocoa powder.
